When it comes to meal planning,  I don't or rather rarely do I plan anything. So when I decided on turkey burgers for dinner, I have no buns. You could eat it without but there is no fun in that. My daughters and I believe that there are only 3 food groups: sweets, carbs and veggies. So, going without the bun would cause a catastrophe. Now, I do bake quite a lot of rustic breads but never a bun but I had to try.

I used the King Arthur recipe Beautiful Burger Buns. Next time I will add a bit more water.
